Belle River

DRAINAGE BELLE RIVER – 3297 hectares comprise the Belle River watershed region, with significant forest area making up 65.6% of the land mass and 2.9% in wetlands. This ecologically important area has seen many changes over the years; however, efforts to enhance the riparian zone and improve fish passage beyond Selkirk Rd. continue.
